TM-330 Dental Light-Cured Gingiva Composite Material
■ Introduction
An aesthetic gingival material for realistic gum reconstruction and sculpting, cured by blue light.
GingiArtTMLight-Cured Gingival Composite is an innovative light-cured gingival aesthetic restoration composite material.
It is specifically designed for realistic gingival tissue reconst-ruction, augmentation, and aesthetic sculpting, enabling den-
tists and technicians to sculpt with artistic precision. It effortle-ssly achieves personalized gum restoration from color and
texture to morphology, restoring healthy, natural, and confident smiles for patients.
■ Features
Bionic Aesthetics, Seamless Integration
Natural Color and Texture:
Utilizing an advanced color system with multiple bionic shades,it precisely matches the patient's natural gingival color and vascular texture for seamless integration. The restoration appears entirely natural and lifelike, eliminating any "artificial"look.
Personalized Adaptation:
With a rich shade selection and excellent blendability, it allows clinicians to fine-tune the material according to individual differences, meeting diverse aesthetic needs from youthful pinks to mature, deeper hues.
Exceptional Physical Properties, Durable and Long-Lasting
High Strength and Wear Resistance:
The cured material possesseshigh hardness and excellent wear resistance, effectively withstanding masticatory forces and daily oral hygiene routines to ensure long-term stability of the restoration.
Ideal ElasticModulus:
The material exhibitsa certain degree of elasticity, mimicking the flexibility of natural gingival tissue to provide cushioning during functional movements. This ensures comfortable wear and reduces the risk of fracture.
Safe, Reliable, and User-Friendly
High Biocompatibility:
All components are strictly selected forhigh biocompatibility, ensuring gentle interaction with surrounding tissues and maximizing clinical safety.
Excellent Handling Characteristics:
The material offersstrong plasticitywith a smooth, non-stick consistency. It allows doctors to perform detailed carving and shaping directly in the mouth or on a model, effortlessly achieving the desired form.
Rapid Light-Curing:
Curing is achieved usingspecific wavelength blue light (465nm ±1Onm). It features afast curing speed, hardening rapidly upon light exposure, which significantly improves clinical eficiency and reduces chair time.
■ Usage
1.Substrate Preparation: Ensure the denture base or restoration surface is clean, dry, and roughened.
2.Layering and Shaping: Apply an appropriate amount of material as needed, build it up in layers, and light-cure each layer
(recommended thickness per layer not exceeding 2mm).
3.Fine Carving and Adjustment: Shape and adjust the morphology before the material is fully cured.
4.Final Curing: After achieving satisfactory shaping, perform a complete final light-cure. It is recommended to use the matching
LED curing light (Note: applying glycerin gel to isolate air can result in a smoother cured surface).
5.Polishing: Use specialized polishing tools for fine finishing and polishing.
