■ Component

Mainly composed of paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, and kanamycin wax.

■ Features

1.The color is consistent,the thickness is uniform,the material is smooth.no foreign objects.

2.when the base wax is heated,it uniformly softens without becoming fragmented or peeling layers, When forming work wax blocks, they adhere together without delamination;

3.At (23.0 ± 2.0) ℃, wax is easy to trim with sharp tools without tearing, debris, or peeling of layers; After heating the wax surface with a flame to melt it, the wax has a glossy surface

4.The coloring agent does not separate from the wax and does not immerse in the gypsum model 5.The rheological properties of wax are at 23 ± 0.1 ℃, with a maximum of 1%; At 37 ± 0.1 ℃, the minimum is 5% and the maximum is 90%.




